Service terms

Scope

These terms govern the public Sovelaire website and authenticated private-office workspace. The workspace provides account, coordination, document, request, membership and communication tools. It does not itself provide investment, legal, tax, medical, security or regulated financial advice.

Accounts and household authority

You must provide accurate information, keep access to your email and devices secure, and promptly report suspected misuse. A household owner controls membership, billing and structural permissions. Anyone adding another person confirms they are authorised to grant that person access. You may not share an account or use another person’s identity.

Requests and professional services

Submitting an enquiry or workspace request does not by itself create a fiduciary, agency, advisory or professional-client relationship. Human execution begins only under an accepted membership or written mandate. Independent providers remain responsible for their own regulated or professional work, and their separate terms may apply.

Membership, fees and billing

Published figures are starting points unless a checkout or signed mandate states a binding price. Taxes, travel and third-party costs are separate unless agreed otherwise. Payment processing is handled by the designated payment provider. Subscription cancellation, renewal and refund rights follow the applicable checkout disclosures, signed mandate and mandatory law.

Your content and private vault

You retain rights in information and files you submit. You confirm that you may lawfully provide them and grant Sovelaire and its authorised processors permission to store and use them only to operate the workspace and fulfil requested services. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, credentials that should remain secret, or material beyond your authority.

Confidentiality and privacy

Public forms are for initial information and are not a privileged channel. The authenticated workspace uses restricted access and private storage, but no system is risk-free. Processing is described in the Privacy Notice; engagement-specific confidentiality obligations are defined in the written mandate.

Acceptable use and suspension

You may not probe or bypass security, interfere with operation, scrape private content, submit unlawful material, impersonate others or use the service to harm another person. Access may be restricted or suspended to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, address non-payment or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.

Availability and liability

The service may change, be maintained or occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sovelaire is not liable for decisions made solely from general website content or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and engagement terms

Material changes receive a new version date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice or renewed acceptance. Each accepted relationship may also have a written mandate defining the contracting entity, governing law, service levels, fees, privacy terms and dispute process. That mandate prevails where it specifically conflicts with these terms.
